Raindrop

It's not difficult to go against the wind –
just overcome the resistance.
It's not difficult to go with the wind either –
merely obey inertia.

A raindrop
suspended in space
winds back and forth
the winds come from six directions.

Winds come from six directions
the fractured bones of an umbrella
become a flag –
stark banner of the rain.
