Grandma breaks the eggs into a pan. She has fried tomato rings and spiced them with black pepper. She invented the name, Tomato Seeds, for an omelet which no one but herself can make so delicious. Maybe that is why anyone else trying to cook it ends up with an ordinary omelet, but hers is the real Tomato Seeds. Grandma is chubby, and I see her big belly is too close to the oven now. I fear the oil will spill over her dress, this deep, green dress tailored by her, which I really adore.
